Today I made a larger pouch using a fluffy orange fabric.

This material is the same long-haired orange fabric that I used for a bag before.
Its texture reminds me a little of a Pomeranian’s soft fur, warm and gentle in appearance.
This time I made a simple design, creating a slightly larger pouch that can hold many things.
The other fabric comes from a sweater that I used to love very much.
Unfortunately, I once made a mistake while washing it, and the fabric became a little stiff.
Because of that, I could no longer wear it as clothing.
However, the fabric became quite strong, which actually makes it perfect for a pouch.
Instead of throwing it away, I was able to give it a new life in another form.
Moments like this make me grateful for the kind of work I do. I have never been very good at throwing things away.
The sweater originally had a beautiful pattern.
And when I used to wear it, I often thought that it would be lovely if there were a small decorative detail along that pattern.
This time I finally added it.
I placed small gold beads along the pattern as an accent.
While wearing the sweater, I always felt that gold beads would suit this fabric perfectly, so it was very satisfying to bring that idea to life.
I loved this sweater very much, so a part of me would like to keep the pouch for myself.
But since I do not use many pouches, I would be happy if someone else who likes it could enjoy using it.
